| Reporting Requirements |
Under Provincial legislation the Board is required to submit a number of reports to Government. Accessibility Plan 2023-2026 Pursuant to the requirements of the Transparency and Accountability Act the Board is required to submit multi-year activity plans and annual performance reports on its success in achieving the objectives outlined in the activity plans. The following provides links to the current and past activity plans and annual reports.
Pursuant to the Automobile Insurance Act Chapter A-22, RSNL 1990 the Board is required to submit an annual report on its operations. The following provides links to the current and past reports. Current Report Pursuant to the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act the Board provides the public with the right of access to records; and protects the privacy of individuals whose personal information is collected, used and disclosed by the Board. |
