IN THE MATTER OF AN APPLICATION BY

Dominion of Canada General Insurance Company

TO VARY THE IMPLEMENTATION DATE

OF REVISIONS TO ITS SNOW VEHICLE

RATING PROGRAM AS APPROVED IN A.I. 21 (2000-2001)

 

 

 

 

 

WHEREAS by application received December 8, 2000, Dominion of Canada General Insurance Company applied to the Board for approval to vary the implementation date of rates for its snow mobile rating program as approved in A.I. 21(2000-2001), and

 

WHEREAS, the Board after due examination and analysis of the proposed change, finds that it should be approved as requested.

 

 

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT:

 

  1. Approval be and it is hereby granted Dominion of Canada General Insurance Company to  amend the implementation dates of its snow vehicle rating program approved in A.I. 21 (2000-2001) as requested in their application dated and received by the Board on December 8, 2000.

 

  1. The rates shall be effective from January 1, 2001 for new business and for renewal.
