        AND

 

IN THE MATTER OF AN APPLICATION BY

The Dominion of Canada

General Insurance Company

ADD USAGE CLASSES TO S.E.F. 20,

S.E.F. 43R, and S.E.F. 43R(L) OF ITS

COMMERCIAL CLASS OF BUSINESS.

 

 

 

 

WHEREAS by application received October 3, 2000, The Dominion of Canada General Insurance Company applied to the Board for approval to add usage classes to S.E.F. 20,  S.E.F. 43R and S.E.F. 43R(L) of its rating program for Commercial vehicles, and

 

WHEREAS, the Board, after due examination and analysis of the application, finds that it should be approved as filed. 


 

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT:

 

 

  1. Approval be and it is hereby granted The Dominion of Canada General Insurance Company to add class 33 to S.E.F. 20, and to add classes 33,  35, 36, 43, 44, and 75 to S.E.F. 43R and S.E.F. 43R(L) of its rating program for Commercial vehicles.

 

  1. The rates approved herein may not be altered or varied by the application of any surcharge or discount which has not been filed with and approved by the Board.

 

  1. These rates shall be effective from January 1, 2001 for new business and February 15, 2001 for renewals.
