DISCOUNTS
APPLICABLE TO ITS PRIVATE PASSENGER CLASS

WHEREAS, by application received by the Board on May 5, 2000, Lloyd's
Underwriters applied to revise its discounts applicable to its private
passenger class of business, and
 
WHEREAS, the
Board having reviewed the application, finds that it should be approved as
submitted.
 
IT
IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT:

discounts are subject to the underwriting criteria contained in the insurer's
underwriting manual on file with the Board.

revisions are effective July 1, 2000.
