An increase in passenger base rates of 9% conditional on
a decrease in the fuel surcharge from 9% to 0% of base rates is approved.
2.
Retention of the existing methodology for the fuel surcharge
assuming a diesel fuel price of $1.15 per litre is approved.
3.
An increase of 7% in the passenger base rates adjusted to
reflect the changes to the fuel surcharge is approved.
4.
DRL shall prior to implementing the approved increase in base
rates, file with the Board for approval a Rate Schedule setting out all the
revised rates.
